- Our prints are museum quality, acid-free, artist-grade Premium Archival Matte paper with archival inks.
- Framed prints have a 2 inch white mat. Prints can be ordered with frame only.
- Prints are dry mounted with protective scratch and UV resistant frame-grade acrylic front.
- Dust cover back with wire or saw tooth hangers and bumpers for high quality yet simple hanging.
- Gallery Frames are hand crafted white, black or natural wood frames with approx 1 inch face. Made in USA.

- Comes with a Black or White float frame. Frame: .625” face x 2”.

Color, density and tones in prints can vary. Every computer monitor and phones screen shows images differently. Jules takes great care to edit her work and choose a printing and framing partner aligns with her craft.
Some of Jules's work was photographed on film and can show grain. All this is intentional and part of the print.

- Shipping times range from 5-12 business days depending location. We ship out of the Pacific Northwest.
- You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. If ordered in the Greater Seattle area, local delivery and installation services may be available. Please contact studio@julesfrazier.com for more information especially during the holidays.

- Our products are made to order.
- We do not give refunds however we stand by our products and want to ensure your satisfaction. All orders are custom printed and framed so please consider carefully before ordering.
- Please contact us within 2 days if you receive a print that has been damaged in transit. You will need to send us photos of the packaging before you have un-packed the art to show potential concealed damage. We require photo documentation for a claim. If damaged, we will send a replacement after reviewing the claim.
