Every Jules Frazier fine art photograph is made to order in the USA. Prints are currently produced and shipped from the Pacific Northwest. Please allow 10 business days for production, plus shipping transit time.

• Complimentary shipping within the United States for artwork under 60 inches
• Every shipment is insured in transit
• Artwork over 60 inches requires custom crating and white glove shipping, available by quote
• Every photograph is carefully packaged to protect its surface, frame, and corners

Fine Art Paper: Printed on LexJet 230 gsm archival matte paper (9.5 mil), made from 100% acid-free alpha-cellulose with a neutral white tone. Paired with Epson UltraChrome PRO pigment inks for rich tonal depth, accurate color, and a refined, non-reflective finish.

Every photograph is made to order in your choice of presentation:

• Framed with Mat: A timeless presentation in a handcrafted wood frame with a clean 2-inch white mat.
• Framed, No Mat: A sleek, contemporary wood frame with the print edge to edge (also called full bleed).
• Shadowbox: Our signature presentation, featuring an elegant 2-inch white border inside a handcrafted wood frame, with a subtle floating effect.
• Print Only: Prefer to frame it yourself? Your artwork arrives with a 2-inch white border, rolled and shipped in a heavy-duty tube.
• ChromaLuxe Metal: The photograph is infused into a coated aluminum panel, in matte or gloss. Available unframed or with a contemporary float frame.
• Premium Acrylic Face-Mounted: The photograph is mounted behind 1/8-inch premium acrylic, in standard anti-glare or the TruLife upgrade with 99% UV protection.
• Frame Finishes: Handcrafted wood frames are available in White, Black, Natural, and Walnut.
• Archival Protection: Framed with Mat, Framed No Mat, and Shadowbox presentations are dry-mounted behind our standard Premium UV-Protective Acrylic, which filters roughly 90% of UV light.
• Museum Upgrade: Want an anti-glare finish? Upgrade to Tru Vue Optium Museum Acrylic for anti-reflective clarity, scratch resistance, and 99% UV protection.

What is your return and refund policy?

• Made Just for You: Because every fine art photograph is individually made to order, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges aren’t accepted for a change of mind, an incorrect size, or personal preference.
• Shipping Damage: Damage claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, with photographs for inspection. Contact studio@julesfrazier.com with:
  1. Clear photographs of the damaged artwork
  2. Photographs of the original shipping box and all packaging materials
  3. A photograph of the original shipping label
• Keep Your Packaging: Please keep all original packaging, as it may be required for inspection by the shipping carrier. Without it, a claim or replacement can’t be processed.
• Production Defects: If you notice a printing, mounting, or framing defect, send your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Verified defects are reviewed for an appropriate replacement.

• Color Variations: Slight color differences between your screen and the finished artwork may occur due to monitor calibration and display settings. These variations are not considered production defects.
• Film Grain & Texture: Many photographs in the collection were created on 35mm, medium-format, and large-format film. Natural film grain, subtle texture, and the characteristics of vintage film are part of each image’s original character and are not considered production defects.
